- Worked hand-in-hand with a senior partner, prepared research memoranda and drafted papers for issuing bonds central to addressing a critical water shortage in Central Texas. In conjunction with outside litigators, successfully had the proposed bonds validated and avoided a contest that might have delayed issuance of the bonds.
- Part of bond counsel team that prepared documents for review by the Texas Attorney General for $118 million principal revenue refunding priority lien bonds for a medium-size Texas city.
- Assisted in document preparation for major bond issues for a prominent transportation authority, including serving as co-lead attorney with responsibility for creating its commercial paper program.
